Meet The Team
Kiara is the Founder and CEO of Tailaire Ltd. (formerly Dawgz Mobile from 2016-2023). In the photo, she’s with her beloved dog, Merlot—a 13.5-year-old, always-happy Husky from Hesperia, California.
With 15 years of hands-on experience, Kiara’s journey with dogs started when she graduated from the Animal Behavior College in 2010. Her passion for learning has led her to attend seminars by top experts like Terry Hayward, Turid Rugaas, Dr. Karen Overall, and Malena DeMartini, expanding her knowledge in canine behavior, wellness, grooming, and communication.
She has also completed:

✔ Michael Shikashio’s Masters of Aggression
✔ Pet First Aid & Fear-Free Trainer Certification
✔ Currently enrolled in Rover Reimagined: Reactive Dog Program
Beyond the world of dogs, Kiara is also passionate about human behavior. In 2021, she earned her Bachelor of Psychology with distinction from the University of Calgary.
Her deep understanding of both dogs and people is what makes Tailaire stand out! 🐶💙
Meet Dani – A Dedicated Member of the Tailaire Team
Dani has been a valued part of the Tailaire team since Spring 2021, providing top-quality care to our clients and their pets.
Her passion for dogs shines through her certifications in Pet First Aid and Fear-Free techniques, ensuring every furry friend is handled with care and kindness. She has also completed:

These programs have deepened her knowledge of canine behavior and handling challenging situations.
Outside of work, Dani is a proud mom of two and shares her home with her lovable dog, Blade. As a dedicated pet owner, she understands the special bond between people and their pets—making her an incredible asset to the Tailaire team! 🐶💙
Bree has been an important part of our team since the Spring of 2023, bringing her love for animals and hands-on experience to provide excellent care to our furry clients.
Her commitment to animal well-being is reflected in her certifications in Pet First Aid and Fear-Free training, ensuring that every pet receives the highest level of care. Bree is always learning and growing, staying updated with the latest industry standards to offer the best service.
Outside of work, Bree and her partner John are proud pet parents to their resilient tripod dog, Bucky, who inspires Bree every day. They also share their home with three cats: George Michael, Grumpy Gus, and Little Baby. These pets help Bree understand the joys and challenges of being a pet owner, fueling her dedication to providing outstanding care for every animal she meets. 🐾💙
Meet Stephanie – A Dedicated New Member of Our Team
Stephanie joined the Tailaire team in January 2025, bringing her passion for animals and commitment to force-free training. She has successfully completed the Victoria Stilwell Dog Training Course and is currently working towards her Fear-Free Pets and Pet First Aid certifications as soon as training becomes available.
Stephanie’s dedication to continuing education and positive reinforcement methods ensures that every pet she works with receives kind, science-based care. She is excited to grow with Tailaire and make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their families.
