1. Questionnaire & Conversation - Addressing Needs
We start with a detailed questionnaire to learn about your needs, expectations, and your pet’s unique qualities. After reviewing it, we may ask a few more questions to get a full understanding. Don’t hesitate to ask us anything—our goal is to give your pet the best experience possible.
2. Purchasing & Scheduling - Convenient and Effortless
After gathering all the necessary details, and answering your questions, we’ll guide you through purchasing your sessions on our software. Once your sessions are purchased, we’ll schedule them for you.
3. The Appointment - Setting up for Success
We believe in setting up an environment for success. Please have small, pea-sized treats, a notepad for taking notes, and any questions you want to ask ready for the session. We may also ask for things like keeping other animals put away, starting with one animal at a time, or having barriers in place for safety.
